Hello and welcome to HIGH HOPES MUSIC. My name is Randy Lanham and I am a Professional Musician from the Owensboro, KY area. I’ve played music for the past 21 years, professionally for the past 13 years. Over the years I been blessed to do many things with my music. I am former Kentucky State Fiddle Champion. At the age of 20, I moved to Nashville, Tennessee. Being in Nashville provided me with the opportunity to play for recording artists Clay Walker, Wade Hayes, Tracy Lawrence, Tanya Tucker, etc. While working for these artist I’ve toured with George Strait, Brooks & Dunn, Alan Jackson and Faith Hill. I have appeared on TV shows such as CMT, CNN, The Grand ole Opry, The Tonight Show and Austin City Limits.
I now offer Talent Development Services for musicians, singers, bands, schools and educational organizations. I provide instrument lessons, music education, consulting, recording, producing, song writing, among other things. PROFESSIONAL BACKGROUND
1991-1993
I worked for MCA Recording Artist Marty Brown. We did shows with various artists including Vince Gill, Ricky Skaggs and Patty Loveless. I was in two of his music video’s: Every Now And Then and It Must Be The Rain.

I worked in the house band at Gilley’s Nashville Night Club. We backed up various artist including Mickey Gilley and Johnny Lee.

I worked for Giant Recording Artist Clay Walker. Our main tours were Sawyar Brown/Dimond Rio and George Strait. I was in his music video Live Until I Die.

I worked for Sony Recording Artist Wade Hayes. Our main tours were Brooks and Dunn/Faith Hill and Alan Jackson. I was in three of his music videos: Old Enough To Know Better, On A Good Night and Tore Up From The Floor Up. I also did three nation wide Radio Promotion Tour’s.
